The bay PRAPATNA is situated on the northern side of the island of Korcula and it is protected from southern winds and the eastern part is protected by the northern winds. The little boats can drop the anchors in front of the houses on the eastern side of the coast. The distance from Vela Luka is about 2,5 km.

There is no energy connection. All of the houses are of robinson type. Private houses and apartments are situated on the coast. The distance from the sea is about 20 m.
In Prapatna there are about 15 private houses and apartments for rent. Prapatna is the little place of fishermen with stony houses. You can come to the bay by the asphaltic street.
The bay in the beggining is shallow, then it get started deeper, so in front of the houses is a kind of deep. All the houses have bridges for enjoying in the sun, swimming and to drop the anchors from the boats.
